Candy Cane Toffee
2 sticks unsalted butter, sliced into chunks
1 cup sugar
1 cup white chocolate, finely chopped
¾ cup candy canes, crushed
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. In a saucepan, over medium heat, combine butter chunks and sugar and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Continue to boil until mixture reaches a temperature of 280 degrees. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading the mixture evenly and then allow to set for 1-2 minutes. Next, sprinkle chopped white chocolate on top of the mixture and then allow to set for another 1-2 minutes. Then, top the mixture with the crushed candy canes and then allow to set for 2-3 hours.
Melted Candy Dipped Coffee Spoons
Dark green, red or white Wilton candy melts
Silver-colored plastic spoons
Candy canes, crushed
Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Using a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the candy melts, at 40% power, for 60 seconds. Then, microwave, still at 40% power, for 30 seconds at a time, until candy melts are completely melted. Dip the spoons, one at a time, into the melted candy and then place the spoons onto the prepared baking sheet. Immediately sprinkle with crushed candy canes and allow to set for 10-15 minutes.
White Chocolate Holiday Popcorn
4 cups plain popcorn, popped
1 cup white chocolate chips
½ tablespoon butter
1 cup Christmas Plain M&M Candies
In a large bowl, add popped popcorn. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and butter and then microwave, at 50% power, for 30 seconds at a time, until mixture is completely melted, stirring after each time. Pour the chocolate chip/peanut butter mixture over the popcorn, add in the M&M candies and mix to coat well.
