#BalanceYourPlate And Your Time With Stouffer’s!

Trying to get my whole family to be on the same page with meals is insane. My kids are picky! My husband is picky! And it seems we are all going in so many directions all the time. AND…another issue I have at my household is that there aren’t many meals that everyone in my family will ALL eat.

But that is about to change, especially after I discovered the Balance Your Plate recommendation.

Research shows that Americans are only meeting MyPlate recommendations for vegetables, fruit, proteins, dairy and grains seven days out of 365. We know that everyone wants to eat better, but need inspiration and simple solutions to choose from so they can make it a reality more often.

Here’s the deal…Balance Your Plate is an educational program designed to help you put together delicious and nutritious meals that incorporate both frozen and fresh foods. Our great tasting food and side dish recipes show you don’t need to compromise flavor for nutrition when turning to convenient options that fit your busy lifestyle. Balance Your Plate is focused on simple solutions – offering a range of recipes and tips that allow you to choose the “perfect pairing” at meal time.

We tried out Stouffer’s Lasagna and it was really good! The lasagna comes in a family size, and is made the way you would imagine- just pop it into the oven, pair it with simple sides to balance your plate, and serve! The simpler recipe now contains fewer ingredients, but continues to offer the same great taste consumers know and love. No preservatives, which is a good thing!

Have you ever tried Stouffer’s? How do you make sure your family gets a balanced plate?

Omg I grew up eating Stouffers Lasagna!!! Now when I eat lasagna that doesn’t look like Stouffers I think it’s all sorts of weird because that’s what I’m use to lol…

  • If I am not going to make homemade lasagna then it’s going to be Stouffer’s. This is a great brand.

This is a great idea. Wish this was a thing when I was a kid as I feel it was always hard balancing the whole families meals. Everyone wants to eat different and this is a great solution!
