Olympic Swimmer Dana Vollmer Has #PampersDreams

June 24, 2016 in Mom Life

This post and giveaway were made possible by iConnect and Pampers. I was compensated for my participation in this campaign, but all opinions are 100% mine.

When you have a little one in your house, it can be a bit of a challenge to find time to get everything done that you want to get done. I know for me, going back to work was a bit of a challenge. Imagine training for the Olympics. Olympic swimmer Dana Vollmer gave birth to her son, Arlen, last March and she has been training hard for her first Olympic Games since she had her baby boy.

Dana Vollmer started swimming at a young age, no one knew at that time what laid ahead for her. At the age of 12, she was the youngest swimmer competing in the 2000 US Olympic trials. She competed in the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, and 2012 in London. With love for swimming, the love of her family and doing something she loves herself her goal is to claim the gold. She is coming back after having her son Arden for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

Love and encouragement from her family are what led Dana back to the pool. Her journey to Rio is one that she will share with them, and her goal of winning gold at this year’s Olympic Games is not just her dream – it’s her family’s dream.

Dana was committed to getting back into swimming after becoming a mom, so that her baby son, Arlen, could grow up recognizing the importance of hard work and get inspired from a young age. She wanted Arlen to grow up seeing his mom achieving her dreams as a competitive swimmer, and hopefully ignite his own passions for success.

What an awesome role model!

Dana has partnered with Pampers for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. Just like Dana, Pampers feels it is important for our babies to have a good night’s sleep so they too can go after their dreams. No one likes to wake up to being wet, being wet should be left to when you are in the pool. Pampers diapers provide overnight protection that helps babies have a sound night of sleep. When your baby sleeps through the night it makes for a happy baby and happy parents. Pampers knows that the big dreams of babies start with a good night’s sleep, which is why they’ve created products designed to help little ones sleep comfortably by offering overnight protection.
