Ginseng- Ginseng has several health benefits, with mood being one of them. The best types of ginseng for mood boosting is Asian ginseng and American ginseng. These all-natural herbs have been proven to improve mood. Ginseng is available in pill form as well as liquid and extracts.


Lavender– Lavender is a popular aromatherapy herb that is used for mental health, more specifically mood. Lavender comes in an array of forms like sachets, soaps and shampoos. The lavender plant is also extracted into oil form to be used for anxiety, stress and mood.



Kava Kava– Kava Kava is a root that is used to boost moods. It comes in both pill form and as a tea and can be found at most health food stores and vitamin shops. Kava grows in the South Pacific and has been used for many years for mood as well as insomnia.

    These all sound like great products. I have a lot of allergies to flowers so I am not sure if the Lavender would bother me.
