  • What a really useful post for providing greater motivation to get (and then stay!) fit and healthy. These tools sound really great and a few I didn’t even know existed. I will be checking these out for sure. Thank you for researching and sharing these.

  • This is a great list. I haven’t heard about several of these. I’m going to look them up.

  • I love some of these. I’m a pretty healthy person and use a lot of these already but some I have never heard of. I do need to get my hands on the new iphone, “for health reasons” LOL

  • I like the sound of the fit headphones. The health apps sound very useful too. Will have a look.

This is a great list. I think the best that would work for us would be the ResMed S+. My husband has difficulty sleeping and staying asleep. This would help us know about his sleep patterns so we can have some information to present his doctor the next time we are in his clinic for an appointment.

  • I love all these tools. My mom would love this post too. She definitely need that ResMed S+…. gonna share this to her.

  • These are some great insights on tech tools available in the market! I have been using FitBid and Samsung Health app for quite a long time and totally loving it!
